What is a Certified Copy?
Certified copies come with a seal certifying that the copies are a valid reproduction of the original file. Certification is available for an additional charge of $15.00 for all packages delivered by mail or express shipping. Orders delivered by fax cannot be certified.
What is the difference between a Bankruptcy case file ordered online and Bankruptcy case file ordered through the mail using a NATF Form 90?

Court Records available through Request and Order Reproductions are owned by the U.S. Court System, but stored at the NARA Federal Records Centers. If I purchase the Entire Case File after I have already purchased the docket sheet, will the fee for the Entire Case file be reduced?
No, NARA does not prorate the fee for the Entire Case file for customers who have already purchased the Docket Sheet.
What reproduction quality can I expect if I select CD/DVD or Electronic Transfer as my delivery method?
All NARA reproductions contain the best available images of the original archival documents. Due to age, physical deterioration and equipment available at the time the original documents were imaged, some images may not be up to today’s standards of clarity. NARA makes every effort to provide customers a clear and accurate duplicate of the original microfilm master.
How long will an Electronic Transfer be available?
Files will be available for 30 days from date of upload; downloads of the files should take place within that period. Files will be deleted after that point.
