How do I cancel a reproduction order?

Orders for reproductions of original archival materials are made custom to the specifications you provide when ordering. Therefore, order cancellation is not always possible after it is being processed.

• If you need to cancel a reproduction order, you must contact the Trust Fund Support team within 24 hours of placing your order.

• The Trust Fund Support team will review your request and determine if your order can be cancelled.
