How do I change payment information for an order?

Contact NARA Customer Service at 1-86-NARA NARA (1-866-272-6272) immediately to change the payment information for any order that has not yet entered the shipping process. If an order has reached Shipping status, our customer service department cannot change payment information. If we are unable to process the credit card information provided at the time of ordering, you will be billed for the order and you will need to remit payment immediately.
