How do I change the address for an order?

Contact NARA Customer Service at 1-86-NARA NARA (1-866-272-6272) immediately to revise the shipping information for any order that has not yet entered the shipping process. If an order has reached Shipping status, this means the order has already been shipped and our customer service department cannot change shipping information. If the package will not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will need to place a new order.
